OK - so if you never ever pop in to check out my photographs today is the day that you should break that trend!
This evening, amidst a windstorm, the Moon was playing peekaboo with the passing clouds. I pulled out my trusty Canon Rebel with my 75-300mm lense and snapped a couple pictures.
Next week my family will be traveling via train to Prince George to participate in the Prince George Dance Festival. My oldest daughter will be competing for the first time as part of the Dance Team. She is so unbelievably excited, as am I. She has worked so hard to get to this point, and the trip is very well deserved.
I will be blogging from the event - the good, the bad, and the ugly (actually I really hope there's no ugly!!!). Its your opportunity to see within the world of dance that is hidden.
We are looking forward to our voyage on Via Rail. I am told that the trip from Prince Rupert to Prince George on the train is among the most beautiful in the country. I'll be sure to take as many pictures as humanly possible!!!!
I've said it before (and I'm sure that I will say it many, many times in the future) I live in the most beautiful place in the world.

You might remember a post that I made about my disappointment in my new Tender Tootsies boots that completely fell apart within a month of purchasing them. My local Zellers where I purchased the boots were unwilling to do anything about it, and try as I might I couldn't find contact info for the Tender Tootsies company. So I took to my blog and posted about my experience. Quite to my surprise I was contacted by a member of the Tender Tootsies staff who arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out to me.
